I'M SEAN

I started my career at age 27 as a receptionist.

I made $2,666 a month after taxes.

I didn’t make my first investment until I was 31.

I didn’t start my company until I was 39.

Now, at 46, I have significant ownership positions in over $200 million of design-forward, award-winning real estate—most of which I created from scratch.

Is the process complex? Yes. But it’s not magic. And it shouldn’t be a mystery. Our aim is to shed a bright light on the multifamily building process and turn this year’s learners into next year’s developers because at this very moment, the U.S. housing market is short 6.5 million homes.

How do we close that gap? You.

First you dream it. Then you learn it. Then you develop it.

Let’s learn how to make new homes.

- @CRIBDILLA, THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSOR

"THE DEPTH OF KNOWLEDGE, WILLINGNESS TO TEACH, AND ENTERTAINING WRITING STYLE DRAW ME INTO WANTING TO LEARN MORE ABOUT HOW YOU APPROACH AND THINK ABOUT DEVELOPMENT AT ALL STAGES"

The One Thing I've Stopped Doing

So much of being a developer is the mindset. You tell yourself you can do something. Someone tells you you can’t. You have a crisis of confidence. And then you get on with it. Here's the one thing I stopped doing. And why. READ

Can I Build It? Here's The Quick Math I Do To Find Out

If you’re going to be a real estate developer, you have to know the math. This math happens before you put a property under contract, before you raise funding, and definitely, before you're taping imaginary paint samples to an imaginary wall. Here we go. I’m going to talk you through this because if you’re anything like me, you’re not a big fan of someone dropping equations on your head :-) READ
